A Personal Message from the Founder

After a difficult separation, my former partner and I still own an apartment together in Germany. Neither of us lives there now. We have discussed the possibility of my taking over her share, but no final arrangement has been made.

I would like to keep the apartment in the family if that becomes possible. My hope is that one day it could be something meaningful for my daughter. It is a hope, not a promise about what she will inherit or where she will live.

To make a change in ownership, we would need to agree on a fair financial settlement and work through the financing obligations we still share. The amount and terms are not yet confirmed. I am still finding out what is realistically possible.

I want to speak about this without blame, pressure, or assumptions about anyone else. What matters to me is handling the situation responsibly while trying to preserve something for the future.

The final financial agreement, financing, and ownership transfer are not yet settled.
